The HECHT GG3300W is a medium-sized gasoline generator, powered by a 208cc four-stroke engine.
The generator's electrical panel has an analog voltmeter, a pair of classic sockets for connecting 230 V / 50 Hz devices, among which there is also a safety terminal for connecting the ground wire.
Both sockets are, of course, overload-proof.
There is also one DC 12 V socket on the panel for connecting 12 V devices, which can also be used to charge some types of 12 V batteries.
However, it is not equipped with a charge control, so it is necessary to constantly check the state of charge of the battery and disconnect it in time. The 12 V socket is also fitted with a fuse.
The generator is mounted in the base frame with the use of rubber blocks that dampen the transmission of vibrations. It can be conveniently carried behind this frame, its weight is 48 kg. The noise level produced is 96 dB.
The genset is equipped with the AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation), which prevents voltage fluctuations when the AHU load changes.
The unit has a fuel tank with a capacity of 15 liters. It is perfect as a backup source in the event of a power failure, it will also work in places where there is no access to the electricity network. It can be used, for example, as a reserve for supplying circulation pumps to some solid fuel boilers, etc.
