Dragon 600 IHD06 is a revolutionary induction heater used for fast flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminum using the induction method. Power supply 3x400V. Maximum power 8.5kW.
The NDUCTOR 840 IHD06 is a revolutionary induction heater for the rapid flameless induction heating of ferrous metals and aluminium.
Using the rules of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific location in just a few seconds to a depth of 5mm. It heats the metal to 'red' (temperature approx. 1000°C) in an area of 8x13mm and a thickness of 5mm in 1 second. By heating only the selected place, it does not damage glass, rubber and plastic elements and surfaces painted in the immediate vicinity of the heater.
Recommended for any service of passenger cars and vans for body and mechanical repairs. For overhaul and alignment applications, tyre change centres and machine shops. Makes it easy to remove stuck bolts, nuts, pins, bearings, and other auto parts.
It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum control of heating during operation. Unlike a gas burner, an induction heater does not change the technical characteristics of steel by heating the metal only in a selected place to a temperature of 500-600°C.
