TECNO MIG 234 PULSE 4x4 is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG / MAG, MMA, TIG Lift, Pulse TIG Lift and braze welding of galvanized sheets. The device has been designed for professional use.
The device has three synergic MIG / MAG welding modes: MIG, MIG PULSE, MIG DOUBLE PULSE.
TECNO MIG 234 PULSE is used for welding aluminum and its alloys, stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels. Welding takes place in an inert gas, active gas or a mixture, depending on the program selected on the control panel.
Thanks to the use of MIG pulsation, the amount of heat introduced to the welded element is increased. It is possible to obtain a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and to reduce the amount of spatter.
Both with the MIG and MIG PULS methods, we have the option of selecting the function of the button in the handle between work in the Spot mode (spot welding), 2-step, S2-step, 4-step (button lock for long welds),
Due to the use of a 4-roller feeder, the device ensures stable wire feeding, which is so important for aluminum welding, and is very good at working with 5-meter welding holders.
A clear and easy-to-use digital control panel enables precise adjustment of MIG welding parameters, such as:
